Matthias Kleinlosen is a certified public accountant and CVA (Certified Valuation Expert) and therefore recognized expert in the valuation of companies and assets. His focus is on the valuation of medium-sized companies and young companies (start-ups).

 

Andreas Kempis is a certified public accountant and a specialist in international tax consulting. He is the ideal expert for all questions in the areas of tax accounting or tax due diligence.

We would be happy to support you in this. At the beginning we will advise you whether it is more efficient for you to carry out this task with your own staff or in cooperation with external specialists. If you decide on an in-house solution, we will advise you on setting up the internal audit department, and if necessary (with the help of partners) also on selecting personnel.
